With it's average annual production of 120,000 bags it output would exceed smaller producing countries.</p><p>An excellent example of a Brazillian coffee the Brazil comes from Rio Verde. It has a delicate acidity, and sweet body which consists of caramel and chestnuts. We endearingly call it the Bogan :)</p><p>What struck us first was the intense smell of peanuts, which really carried on into the cup. So expect lots of nuttiness! We roasted this quite light and we're glad we did as it brings out a lot of the unique characteristics of the coffee.
